Minsk-based enterprise upgrades fourth S-125 surface-to-air missile for Azerbaijani army
Tetraedr, a Minsk-based defense industry enterprise, has completed the modernization of a fourth S-125 Pechora surface-to-air missile system for Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces.
The missile system has already been tested in the Caucasian country after the upgrade, a representative of the enterprise told BelaPAN.
The upgraded system has an enhanced combat capability and survivability, better protection against jamming, stronger reliability and mobility. The missile, which can be mounted on self-propelled or towed off-road chassis, can be operated independently or as part of an air defense unit.
