Brest hosting biker festival

More than 120 motorcycle riders from 18 countries have flocked to Brest for a biker festival called GWEF Treffen.

Participating in the July 8-12 event are representatives of, among other countries, Austria, Belarus, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia, the UK, and Ukraine.

On the night of July 9, the bikers rode in cavalcade from the Brest Fortress war memorial through the city's streets.

Children were allowed to sit on some of the bikes in the square in front of the memorial. //BelaPAN
