Belarusian ambassador meets with vice president of France-Belarus friendship group in French parliament

Belarusian Ambassador Pavel Latushka on Thursday met with Jerome Lambert, vice president of the France-Belarus friendship group in the French National Assembly (lower parliamentary house).

During their meeting, Messrs. Latushka and Lambert agreed to take steps to encourage Belarusian-French cooperation at the level of provinces, according to the Belarusian foreign ministry’s press office.

They also discussed the prospects for strengthening trade and economic ties and developing cooperation between the parliaments of Belarus and France at the level of friendship groups, the press office said. //BelaPAN
