Foreign Minister Makey to attend round of informal Eastern Partnership dialogues in Yerevan

Foreign Minister Uladzimir Makey and Deputy Education Minister Viktar Yakzhyk will take part in another round of the informal Eastern Partnership dialogues in Yerevan on September 12 and 13, said the Belarusian foreign ministry`s press office.

The meeting is expected to be attended by the foreign and education ministers representing the other five countries involved in the European Union`s Eastern Partnership program.

The agenda includes the current state of the program and its development prospects, as well as preparations for an Eastern Partnership summit to be hosted by Vilnius this November.

The previous round of the informal Eastern Partnership dialogues took place in Tbilisi this past February. //BelaPAN
