Secretary of Belarusian Christian Democracy speaks at Lithuanian party's convention
Dzyanis Sadowski, secretary of Belarusian Christian Democracy (BCD), spoke on behalf of the opposition party at a convention of the Homeland Union - Lithuanian Christian Democrats (TS-LKD) in Vilnius on May 1, said the BCD press office.
Mr. Sadowski expressed gratitude to the Lithuanian party for supporting BCD and democratic reforms in Belarus and said that it had a reliable and strong partner in BCD.
When political changes begin in Belarus they will require support from Europe in general and Lithuania in particular, Mr. Sadowski warned.
Concluding his speech, the politician said, "Together we will win! Come on Lithuania! Glory to Ukraine! Long live Belarus!" //BelaPAN
